Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping. While we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, unexpected delays may occur due to supply chain or postal service issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Serenity in Scriptures is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided.

Our rings are made with stainless steel. While stainless steel is generally hypoallergenic, Serenity in Scriptures is not responsible for any skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies that may occur.

Please purchase at your own discretion and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at thesscriptures@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to review and resolve the issue as appropriate.
